Refunds and Returns

We may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from our Sites if and only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

All dietary supplements and other consumable product returns are only accepted if purchased through our Sites (and not through a separate retail partner) and are unopened and sealed in original packaging.

You must provide the Order number received when you placed your order through our Site and Return Authorization Number which we will provide to you prior to returning any merchandise.

The merchandise must be received by us within 30 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period.

If you need to make a return, please follow the instructions on the “Contact Us” before returning any merchandise. You will be asked to provide your Order number. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process. Shipping charges for returns are your responsibility and we will not refund or rebate any shipping charges for returns or for the original delivery of merchandise subsequently returned.

All refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or Paypal account.
